NBAP definition

NBAP or “Non-Building Address Point” means a location in mainland Singapore or its connected islands other than a physical address;
NBAP. Means Non-Building Address Point.
NBAP means NBA Properties, Inc.

  • This may be necessary where, for example, there is installation to a NBAP.

  • Any intellectual property rights in the Licensed Marks that may accrue to LICENSEE shall inure to the benefit of NBAP and shall be assigned to NBAP upon its request.

  • NBAP shall reimburse LICENSEE for any reasonable out-of-pocket costs actually incurred by LICENSEE in providing such cooperation and assistance.

  • NBAP shall have the sole right to determine whether or not any action shall be taken on account of any such infringement or unauthorized importation/exportation.
