NBA DOCUMENTS definition
NBA DOCUMENTS means, collectively, (a) the Amended and Restated Joint Venture Agreement made as of January 1, 1989 among Nuggets Sub and the other joint venturers in the NBA, and (b) the Constitution and Bylaws of the NBA, as the same may be renewed, extended, modified or replaced from time to time.
NBA DOCUMENTS has the meaning given in Section 2.1(b)(vii).
