Marine All Risk" Insurance against any loss or damage to the R350HT Rails and the Spare Parts, arising out of, in course of, or caused by any risk in respect of the transport of the R350HT Rails and the Spare Parts. The policy shall apply from the time of moving the R350HT Rails and the Spare Parts from the Supplier' warehouses / premises until arrival within the Site and vice versa, including loading and unloading, temporary and extended storage and all domestic inland and/or intermediate transits everywhere in the world (including within Israel) irrespective of the terms of sale. Settlement of claims will be made at 110% of the R350HT Rails and the Spare Parts DAP value. The Supplier undertakes, that a clause stating that in respect of loss or damage to the R350HT Rails, the insurance benefits shall be paid to the ISR and the Supplier as their interests may appear, and that ISR is included as loss payee under policy. The policy shall include a waiver of subrogation towards ISR and/or the Israeli Government and/or the IPM and/or anyone acting on their behalf, provided that the waiver of subrogation shall not apply in favor of a person who has maliciously caused the damage.
International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.
Air ambulance means any aircraft specifically constructed, modified, or equipped and used for the primary purpose of responding to emergency calls and transporting critically ill or injured patients whose medical flight crew has at a minimum two attendants certified or licensed in advanced life support.
Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:
Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
SEA means the State Energy Account issued by State Load Dispatch Centre, and amendment thereto.
Preparedness means any activity taken in advance of an emergency or disaster that improves emergency readiness posture and develops or expands operational capabilities. Examples of preparedness activities include, but are not limited to, continuity of government, emergency alert and warning systems, emergency communications, emergency operations centers, comprehensive countywide emergency operations plans, emergency public information materials, exercise of plans and systems, hazard analysis, mutual aid agreements, resource management, and the training and equipping of personnel.
aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Nodal Ministry means the Ministry or Department identified pursuant to this order in respect of a particular item of goods or services or works.
Aeronautics means transportation by aircraft, the operation, construction, repair, or maintenance of aircraft, aircraft power plants and accessories, including the repair, packing, and maintenance of parachutes, the design, establishment, construction, extension, operation, improvement, repair, or maintenance of landing areas, or other air navigation facilities, and air instruction.
Machinist means an employee who cuts out and fits uniforms or dresses to measure or pattern.
Fire fighter means any person employed by the state or any political subdivision as a member or officer of a fire depart- ment or a member of a volunteer department, including the state fire marshal and deputies.
Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.
Air transportation means the public carriage by aircraft of passengers, baggage, cargo, and mail, separately or in combination, for remuneration or hire;
Waterworks or “water system” means all structures, conduits and appurtenances by means of which water is delivered to consumers except piping and fixtures inside buildings served, and service pipes from building to street main.
Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.
Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.

Airport means any area of land or water, or any manmade object or facility located thereon, which is used, or intended for use, for the landing and takeoff of aircraft, and any appurtenant areas that are used, or intended for use, for airport buildings or other airport facilities or rights-of-way, together with all airport buildings and facilities located thereon.
Transportation System means the facilities at any time in place to receive Shipper’s Gas at the Entry Point(s), process, handle, transport and redeliver the Gas at the Exit Point(s), in accordance with the Transportation Agreement, as detailed in Transportation System Description.
international flight means all flights other than Domestic Flights.
Department of Defense (DoD) means the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and defense agencies. "Foreign-flag vessel" means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.
Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
Seaplane means an aircraft that is capable of landing and taking off on the water.
Crew Means Supervisors, Operators, Drives, Handymen/ Helper(s)/Jugalees attached to the vehicle(s)/equipment, as defined in the Clause: 1.13, 4.10.
