Nature of transaction definition

Nature of transaction means whether the Transaction is nonfirm, as set forth in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, or firm, as set forth in Section 2.3 of this Agreement.
Nature of transaction. Provision of the finance lease arrangement (the “Finance Lease Arrangement”) on any of the Lease Assets by the Lessors to the Lessee pursuant to the Finance Lease Master Agreement, upon reasonable requests of the Lessee.
