Native Forest Area definition
Native Forest Area means the area of Native Forests in the Republic in the year in which the area is estimated.
Native Forest Area means an area of forest protected under the Borrower’s Law No. 15939 (Ley Forestal), dated December 28, 1987, and published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette on February 9, 1988, calculated according to the methodology used for the National Forest Cartography (Cartografía Forestal Nacional).
