All content that fits the FTC definition of "Native Advertising" shall be labeled and identified in compliance with applicable law.
Such instructions may include ensuring that any such Native Advertising is clearly, conspicuously, and proximately labelled or identified to consumers as sponsored material or advertising copy in accordance with all Applicable Laws.

You agree that your User Content and Feedback will comply with: (a) the FTC’s Guidelines Concerning the Use of Testimonials and Endorsements in Advertising; (b) the FTC’s Disclosures Guide; and (c) the FTC’s Native Advertising Guidelines); and any other guidelines issued by the FTC from time to time (the “FTC Guidelines”), as well as any other advertising guidelines required under applicable law.
