  • The official laboratory shall co-operate as relevant with the National Reference Laboratories in the discharge of their functions under Articles 100 and 101 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and as agreed with the Authority.

  • The parties hereto shall execute such other and further documents, and take such further actions, as may be reasonably necessary in order to carry out the intentions of this Agreement.
