The design, re-design, construction, renovation and expansion of a fire hall must take into account the reasonable fire prevention and firefighting needs of the Cree Community and also ensure that once any such works are completed the entire fire hall meets at least the requirements contained in the National Fire Code of Canada and the National Building Code of Canada, as well as the requirements contained in any CNG policy related thereto.
