National entity definition

National entity means any entity legally authorized to fulfil the role of a public institution in enforcing the criminal law that has specifically been authorized by the National Central Bureau of its country, by an agreement and within the limits determined by that National Central Bureau, to directly consult data processed in the INTERPOL Information System or to directly provide data for processing purposes within that System.
National entity means Buyer and any of its subsidiaries from time to time (other than the Group Companies).
