national aviation authority definition

national aviation authority means a national body entrusted by a Member State and accredited by the EAA with the tasks provided for in this Regulation and Regulation (EC) No 216/2008;
national aviation authority. (NAA) means any authority designated by a State or group of States and competent for rulemaking and/or oversight tasks;
national aviation authority as used in this Regulation means the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia.
