Applicant acknowledges and agrees that Application fees are non‐refundable and are charged in consideration of the review of Application and all materials related to such application and the publicizing of Applicant and its continuing education content as an Approved Provider by NASM and AFAA, should such approval be granted.
NASM and AFAA will not award CEUs to fitness professionals who have taken (a) the new version of a CE Offering prior to NASM/AFAA’s renewed approval of that CE Offering or (b ) a version of a CE Offering for which NASM/AFAA requires revision if the sixty (60) day notice period has expired and a revised version of the CE Offering has not been approved or, at the least, submitted for review and reapproval.
Upon termination of this license, you shall cease all use of the NASM Materials and remain liable for paying all amounts that may be due and payable by you to NASM.
Upon establishing an Account, you may be provided by NASM with a username, access code or product code.
NASM reserves the right to determine the reasonableness of the accommodation requested.
