NASC definition

NASC means North American Salt Company, a Delaware corporation and Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the US Borrower.
NASC or “Consortium” means the Naval Aviation Systems Consortium formed by industry and academia, which is comprised of Traditional and Non-traditional Defense Contractors, including small and large businesses and for-profit and nonprofit entities, and academic research institutions.
NASC has the meaning set forth in the preamble above.

  • A5A.2 If we or our NASC Service has, or intends to, provide Persons with information about you in accordance with subclause A5A.1(b), we or our NASC Service will inform you of that fact and of the information that we or our NASC Service has provided or intends to provide as soon as reasonably possible (and, if reasonably possible, before that information is provided to any Person).

  • NASC Members shall communicate with one another in good faith and in a timely and cooperative manner when raising issues under this Agreement.

  • Under no circumstances may a NASC Member transfer its membership to any third party, except as set out in Article 10, Assignment.
