NARO definition

NARO means the Borrower’s National Agricultural Research Organization;
NARO means the National Agricultural Research Organization, established under the NARO Statute, 1992;
NARO means the National Agricultural Research Organization established and operating pursuant to the National Agricultural Research Act, No.19 of 2005, of the laws of the Recipient.

  • To this end, NARO shall carry out Parts A, B.1, C.1 and D.2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project.

  • Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and NARO shall otherwise agree, NARO shall carry out its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

  • NARO shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Parts of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators set forth below in Section II.A.1 (b) of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.

  • NARO shall provide to the Recipient not later than four months after the Closing Date, for incorporation in the report referred to in Section 4.08 (c) of the General Conditions all such information as the Recipient or the Association shall reasonably request for the purposes of such Section.

  • Within twelve months from the date of entry into force of this Agreement, a Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) shall have been concluded with the NARO for the research work to be carried out for oil palm, including the commitment to eventually establish a dedicated national research programme for oil palm.

  • The Recipient, and NARO shall not later than one month after the Effective Date provide adequate and relevant financial management training to their respective finance staff, to enable them produce acceptable interim financial reports, and perform other financial responsibilities in connection with the Project.
