NAREP definition

NAREP means a direct or indirect subsidiary of North American Real Estate Partners II, L.P. NAREP Fund Documents means the subscription agreements, operating agreement, and other documents related to the formation of North American Real Estate Partners II, L.P., and its parallel funds. Non-Defaulting Member has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.3(b) of this Agreement.
