The Client should consult his dealers and become familiarized with the NAPP before trading in the NAPP Securities.

No consideration is payable by the Participant for access to the NAPP Exchange.
The Participant agrees that its Corporate Representatives shall have the authority to make binding decisions with regard to this Participation Agreement and the Participant's participation in the NAPP Exchange, which may be communicated through authenticated access to the NAPAfrica website or otherwise.
