NAP Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c)(ii).
Examples of NAP Certificate in a sentence
Until Surrendered as contemplated by this Section 2.2(b) or in connection with an Election made pursuant to Section 2.3, each NAP Certificate or Book-Entry NAP Common Unit shall be deemed at any time after the Effective Time to represent only the right to receive upon such Surrender the appropriate Merger Consideration.
