Nanny Pass definition
Nanny Pass. – shall mean a pass provided to an adult person charged with the on-going care of a minor under 14 years of age for the purpose of accompanying such minor to common property facilities. This pass cannot be used to access facilities without the accompanying minor. Written documentation must be provided to the District on forms provided by the District acknowledging the relationship.

Nanny Pass. If an adult Pass Holder has a caretaker, such as a grandparent or a hired ▇▇▇▇▇, for their child/children under the age of twelve (12), that caretaker may be designated to accompany the child/children to the Pool in the absence of the parent. Pass Holder must purchase a “Nanny Pass” in the amount of $25. You may purchase this by logging into your Heights Pool account. There will only be one “Nanny Pass” allowed per Family Pass or Single Parent Pass. THE NANNY/CARETAKER DOES NOT HAVE ANY PRIVILEGES OF A PASS HOLDER. THE NANNY/CARETAKER IS ONLY ALLOWED ADMISSION TO THE FACILITY WHILE SERVING IN THE ROLE OF CARETAKER WITH THE CHILDREN AND THE CARETAKER IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ANY GUEST(S), INCLUDING CHILDREN OF HIS OR HER OWN. *Please note that this is a new provision.
