If NAMM cancels the Program due to site, or other information, products, or services provided by Sponsor; and/ circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts or (iii) the inaccuracy or breach of any of the covenants, representations and of war, governmental emergency, labor strike or unavailability of the relevant warranties made by Sponsor in this Agreement.
