Names Trust definition
Names Trust means the trust established under Declaration of Trust, as may be amended from time to time, between the Names’ Trustee and WUSL for the benefit of the Names;
Names Trust means a trust constituted by a declaration of trust dated on around 28 May 2002 as amended from time to time, which holds the Names' Option on trust on behalf of the Names or such other trust on behalf of the Names as may be substituted therefore or to which it may transfer the Names' Option as contemplated by the Shareholders Agreement;
Names Trust means the trust established under Declaration of Trust between The Names' Trustees Limited and WUSL for the benefit of the Names;
