Named Developer definition

Named Developer is a specific individual designated by you to use the Software. A Named Developer Program License may be installed on one or more computers so long as such computer/computers is/are used only by the Named Developer for Non-Production use at any given time.
Named Developer is defined as an individual who is authorized by you to use the programs which are installed on a multiple servers, regardless of whether the individual is actively using the programs at any time. A Named developer may create, modify, view and interact with the programs and documentation. Named User Plus: is defined as an individual authorized by You to use the Programs which are installed on a single server or multiple servers, regardless of whether the individual is actively using the Programs at any given time. A non human operated device will be counted as a named user plus in addition to all individuals authorized to use the Programs, if such devices can access the Programs. If multiplexing hardware or software (e.g., a TP monitor or a web server product) is used, this number must be measured at the multiplexing front end. Automated batching of data from computer to computer is permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that the named user plus per processor minimums are maintained for the Programs contained in the user minimum table in the licensing rules section; the minimums table provides for the minimum number of named users plus required and all actual users must be licensed.
Named Developer means an individual who is authorized by Licensee to develop and/or run applications using Software Products that access a single Logical GemStone Database.

  • You may install the SOFTWARE on a reasonable number of machines provided that the Named Developer is the only individual permitted to use the SOFTWARE.

  • You agree that you will not designate more Named Developers than the number of Named Developer Licenses that SOFT GOLD or its authorized reseller has expressly granted to you and you will not allow the SOFTWARE to be used by any individuals other than the Named Developers designated by you from time to time.

  • Use of Software Products may be transferred from one Named Developer to another Named Developer, or from one Named User to another Named User, or from one Concurrent User to another Concurrent User without charge.

  • If you have purchased a Named Developer Program License, one Named Developer, identified by their email address, is permitted to use the Software.

  • In all cases, a Named Developer is a user specifically identified by you to Medialooks in connection with a purchase of a Video SDK License who shall have the right to exercise your licensed rights for the License you have purchased.

  • The Video SDK Product is licensed per Named Developer, and may be licensed under 3 different license types: Indie Developer, Company, and Enterprise.


More Definitions of Named Developer

Named Developer means an individual employed by Licensee who is authorized to use and to develop the Software Products in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.
Named Developer means an individual employed by Licensee who is authorized to use and to develop the Training Products in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement. 1.9. "Processor" shall mean microprocessors, which may execute the Training Products in a server Computer. The number of Processor licenses for the Training Products must equal the number of microprocessors, which may execute the Training Products contained in the server Computer. Use of the Training Products via Processor(s) is limited to deployment only. 1.10. "Computer" shall mean a stand-alone server Computer containing one or more microprocessors. Use of the Training Products on any Computer is limited to deployment only. Some Training Products are licensed by the "Server" which, for the purposes of this Agreement, means a Computer. "Concurrent Device" shall mean any input devices used for accessing Computer(s) that host the Training Products. The number of Concurrent Devices shall be the maximum number of input devices that can access Computer(s) at any one time. Use of the Training Products via a Concurrent Device is limited to deployment only. Some Training Products are licensed by the "Client" which, for the purposes of this Agreement, means a Concurrent Device.
Named Developer means an individual employed by Licensee who is individually authorized to use the Software Products, and to develop the Software Products as specified in Section 5.2 of this Agreement, as specified on the Software Order Form.
