NAINA Scheme definition
NAINA Scheme means a scheme as mentioned in Regulation 13.
NAINA Scheme means a scheme of planning and developing land of at least 7.5 ha either in single or assembled by multiple owners, except in case of Urban Villages where the minimum area of NAINA –Scheme shall be 4.00 ha, developed in accordance with Regulation 13 and 12 respectively.
