Access shall be provided for the germplasm available with the National Agricultural Research System (NARS), which is duly designated by concerned institute/National Active Germplasm Sites (NAGS).
NAGS will be entitled to maintain a claim against the Customer for the proceeds of the sale of any other goods into which the Goods have been manufactured.
