NADO definition

NADO means the National Anti-Doping Organisation referred to in section 21;
NADO means National Anti-Doping Organisation.
NADO. : means the entity(ies) designated by each country as possessing the primary authority and responsibility to adopt and implement anti-doping rules, direct the collection of Samples, the management of test results, and the conduct of hearings at the national level. If this designation has not been made by the competent public authority(ies), the entity shall be the country’s National Olympic Committee or its designee.

  • If required, the Athlete is responsible for applying for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) with the World Triathlon or his or her NADO in a timely manner.

  • Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE): If required, the Athlete is responsible for applying for a TUE with World Triathlon or his or her NADO in a timely manner.

  • If required, the Athlete is responsible for applying for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) with the WT or his or her NADO in a timely manner.

  • In addition, WADA shall review any decision by World Rugby to grant a TUE that is referred to WADA by the Player’s NADO.

  • CMAS recommends contacting the national anti-doping organization (NADO) of its country.

NADO means the United Kingdom’s National Anti-Doping Organisation, which carries out in the UK the functions ascribed to such organisations in the World Anti-Doping Code, currently UK Sport via its Drug Free Sport directorate or any successor to it;
