Nacho Nyak Dun definition

Nacho Nyak Dun means a person, or persons, enrolled under this Agreement in accordance with the criteria established in Chapter 3 - Eligibility and Enrollment.

  • CONSIDERING that Champagne and Aishihik First Nations Nacho Nyak Dun First Nation Teslin.

  • For greater certainty, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ First Nation is referred to herein as Tr'▇▇▇▇▇ Hwëch'in; Kluane First Nation; Kwanlin Dun First Nation; Liard First Nation; Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation; First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun; ▇▇▇▇ River ▇▇▇▇ Council; Selkirk First Nation; Ta'an Kwach'an Council; Teslin Tlingit Council; Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation; or White River First Nation.

  • Except in respect of 2.5.0, 2.10.1, 4.4.0, 5.9.0 and 5.10.0, the First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun may cause any of its rights, obligations and liabilities set out in this Agreement to be held, on its behalf, by any legal entity wholly controlled by the First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun, provided any transfer does not adversely affect the exercise of rights, obligations and liabilities set out in this Agreement.
