N-Share definition
N-Share means shares in PRC incorporated enterprises which are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and primarily traded outside of the PRC, Hong Kong and Macau.
N-Share means the N share in the Company's share capital which confers, on its holder, the rights, obligations and privileges set out in the N Share Terms;
N-Share means a share in the Company’s share capital which confers the rights and privileges set out in the N Share Terms on the N Shareholder;
