N-Product definition
N-Product means a Product comprised of an N-Compound.

Any marketing of an X-Product or N-Product in one market or country shall not obligate the marketing Party to market said Product in any other market or country.
All business decisions, including, but not limited to, the design, sale, price and promotion of X-Products and N-Products under this Agreement and the decisions whether to market or discontinue marketing any particular X-Product or N-Product shall be within the sole discretion of the marketing Party.
