Remaining BBDB Products has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13(c).

Upon the expiration of the BBDB Sale/Production Period, Buyer and its Affiliates may sell the Remaining BBDB Products for a period of ninety (90) days; provided, however, that although Buyer and its Affiliates shall have the right to sell the Remaining BBDB Products to “off-price stores”, in no event shall Buyer or its Affiliates have the right to sell any Remaining BBDB Products to any “dollar store”.
