MYTO definition

MYTO means the multi-year tariff order issued by the Commission as a framework for determining the industry pricing structure for Distribution, Transmission and Generation, as amended from time to time;
MYTO means a multi-year tariff order of NERC, which define the revenue requirement for DISCOs and TCN, minimum remittance thresholds for DISCOs and/or tariffs for transmission, distribution and retail supply.
MYTO means the Multi-Year Tariff Order No: NERC/GL059 adopted by the Recipient on June 27, 2008 for purposes of regulating the allocation of budgetary subsidies to the Project Implementing Entity.
