My Preferences. Service” or “Service” means the Service provided by bpost enabling the Addressee, using the Application on a Computer, Smartphone or Tablet, to make known his or her Delivery preferences that will be complied with (1) if the Addressee of the Parcel is not at home or (2) where bpost offers this service: if the Addressee requests delivery directly from a Pick-up point.
