MWSI means Manila Water Services, Inc, a privately-owned corporation established and operating pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation dated December 13, 1996, as amended to the date of this Agreement, responsible for providing water supply and sanitation services in the western part of Metro Manila according to the MWSI Concession Agreement with MWSS; and any successor thereto.
