MWSC definition
MWSC means Municipal Water and Sewerage Company duly established under the Borrower’s laws and eligible, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual, for receiving a Sub-project Loan to be financed from the Loan proceeds under Part A of the Project;
MWSC means a Municipal Water and Sewerage Company duly established under the Borrower’s laws and eligible, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual (as hereinafter defined), for receiving a Sub-Loan and/or Sub-Grant (as hereinafter defined) for Parts 1, 2 and 3.1 of the Project;
MWSC means the Recipient's state-owned enterprise responsible for sewer and water services in Majuro, governed by the CUB in accordance with the Recipient's Cabinet Decision on February 21, 1997 (CM026(97)).

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure (MNPI), with the assistance of MWSC and NDMA for Part 1 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
The Additional Event of Suspension consists of the following, namely that MWSC’s or NDMA’s Legal Framework has/have been amended, suspended or abrogated, repealed or waived so as to affect materially and adversely the ability of MWSC and/or the NDMA to perform any of its/their obligations under the Project.
