  • For the purpose of ensuring the proper coordination and execution of the Project, the Borrower shall maintain the Steering Committee, chaired by the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development or his delegate, with membership composed of representatives of NOPWASD, HCWW, EWRA, MWRI, and MOHP.

  • The Borrower shall cause MWRI to carry out the Project pursuant to the provisions of the Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants, dated October 15, 2006.
