MWMP means the medical waste management plan acceptable to the Association for the management of hazardous health/medical waste under the Project, referred to in paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Medical Waste Management Plan;

More Definitions of MWMP

MWMP means a Subproject-specific medical waste management plan, acceptable to the Association, giving details of a program of actions, measures and policies designed to ensure the proper disposable of medical waste, including budget and cost estimates, and sources of funding, together with adequate institutional, monitoring and reporting arrangements capable of ensuring proper implementation of, and regular feedback on compliance with, the Medical Waste Management Plan.

MWMP means the plan of said name for the Original Project dated January 19, 2017, deemed acceptable by the Association and disclosed by the Association on January 25, 2017, and by the Recipient in January 2017, setting forth the guidelines, procedures and measures for improvement of management of health care waste including, and disposal of such health waste, as such plan may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written agreement of Association.

MWMP means, collectively, the Recipient’s National Health Waste Management Plan, dated April 17, 2007, and the Project specific Medical Waste Management Plan, adopted by the Recipient and dated December 2008, as such Project specific Plan may be amended by the Recipient from time to time, with the prior written agreement of the Association.

MWMP means Medical Waste Management Plan to be prepared in accordance with the ESMF setting forth guidelines, procedures and measures for improvement of management of health care waste, as such plan may be amended from time to time with the written agreement of the Association.

MWMP means the Recipient’s plan, dated July 29, 2007 agreed with the Association and setting out the measures to be taken for the development and implementation of medical waste management and safe handling of said waste, as the same may be modified from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to said Plan.
