  • For purposes of this procurement, OGS hereby establishes a goal of 11% for Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE) participation and 9% for Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE) participation (collectively referred to as MWBE), for a total contract MWBE goal of 20%.

  • The LDB/VBE goal is separate and distinct from the MWBE goal set forth in paragraph 18.2 above.

  • Prior to being awarded a scope of work, the Consultant shall provide to the Owner either: 1) evidence that the Consultant has contracted with MWBEs to meet the Owner’s MWBE goal for the Services, or 2) evidence satisfactory to the Owner that the Consultant has made good faith efforts to reach the Owner’s MWBE goal for the Services.
