MVS Server Software definition
MVS Server Software means the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System Server software made available to Company for license to End Users in the MVS Territory.
MVS Server Software means the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System Server software made available to you for license to End Users pursuant to these RIM MVS Terms and RIM’s License.
Examples of MVS Server Software in a sentence
You shall be solely responsible and liable to provide the Installation Services, as hereinafter defined, and any services related thereto for each MVS CAL for the MVS Server Software distributed by you pursuant to these RIM MVS Terms.
You shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro (or RIM, if so requested) with MVS Server Software, MVS CALs and Installation Services sell-through reports at least on a monthly basis containing at minimum the End User’s name and address, the date of sale, the quantity sold, the number of MVS CALs ordered and the Installation Subcontractor’s name (if applicable).
