MVS Improvement definition
MVS Improvement means any innovation, variation, enhancement, modification, improvement, change relating to, or derivative work of, the Licensed Patents or Derivative Works which the MVS Parties, their Related Persons, sub-licensees or any of their employees or agents or any other party engaged by the MVS Parties, make, author, invent, discover, originate, conceive or reduce to practice solely or in conjunction with others not a party to this License following the Effective Date of this License.
