  • Such decision shall be issued by the Human Resources Division following discussions with the MVRD Labour Relations Department and the employee’s General Manager/Director or authorized designate but shall, as far as is practicable, be issued within four (4) calendar months from date of the questionnaire being completed and submitted to the Human Resources Division.
