Muzzle-loader definition
Muzzle-loader or “muzzle-loading firearms” shall mean those sporting arms in which the charge and projectile(s) are loaded through the muzzle. Only blackpowder or equivalent blackpowder substitute may be used. Use of smokeless powder is prohibited.
