Mutually Approved definition

Mutually Approved means that the General Manager acting for City Utilities, or his/her designee, the Presiding Commissioner for the County, or his/her designee, and the City Manager for the City, or his/her designee, have approved in writing functional aspects of the TRS performance. These mutual approvals shall not, unless specifically stated, constitute an amendment to this AGREEMENT.
