Mutual Fund-Only Account definition

Mutual Fund-Only Account means a Securities account or account held directly with a mutual fund that holds only non-Reportable Funds and in which no other type of Securities may be held. For purposes of this Code, a Mutual Fund-Only Account includes a 529 plan account that holds only non-Reportable Funds and in which no other type of Securities may be held.
Mutual Fund-Only Account means a Related Account which, pursuant to the terms of the underlying account agreement, can only purchase mutual funds.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Buydown Fund Account A separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.02 (a) with the corporate trust department of the Trustee or another financial institution approved by the Master Servicer, (b) within FDIC insured accounts (or other accounts with comparable insurance coverage acceptable to the Rating Agencies) created, maintained and monitored by a Servicer or (c) in a separate non-trust account without FDIC or other insurance in an Eligible Institution. Such account or accounts may be non-interest bearing or may bear interest. In the event that a Buydown Fund Account is established pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, amounts held in such Buydown Fund Account shall not exceed the level of deposit insurance coverage on such account; accordingly, more than one Buydown Fund Account may be established.

  • Affiliate Account means, as to any Access Person, an Account:

  • Primary Account or “Settlement Account” shall mean, in case of multiple Accounts linked to the ATM/Debit Card, the Account that has been designated as being the main/first Account of operation i.e. the Account from which purchase transactions, charges and fees related to the ATM/Debit Card are debited.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Separate Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Company Account means the bank or/and electronic Account of the Company, and the Company Account in the Processing Center.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Discretionary Account means a Personal Account in which you have completely turned over decision-making authority to a professional money manager (who is not a Family Member or not otherwise covered by this Code) and you have no direct or indirect influence or control over the account. (Such Discretionary Accounts are often referred to as “professionally managed,” “controlled” or “managed” accounts.)

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Intercompany Account means any receivable, payable or loan between any member of the Ensign Group, on the one hand, and any member of the Pennant Group, on the other hand, that exists prior to the Effective Time and is reflected in the records of the relevant members of the Ensign Group and the Pennant Group, except for any such receivable, payable or loan that arises pursuant to this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.
