If Landlord’s Appraiser and Tenant’s Appraiser shall be unable to reach a Mutual Determination within said thirty (30) day period, both of the Appraisers shall jointly select a third independent real estate appraiser (“Third Appraiser”) whose fee shall be borne equally by Landlord and Tenant.
