Mutual CDA definition

Mutual CDA means that certain Mutual Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties dated February 27, 2014, as amended by that certain Amendment to the Mutual Confidential Disclosure Agreement dated October 26, 2014, and that certain Second Amendment to the Mutual Confidential Disclosure Agreement dated November 4, 2014.
Mutual CDA means that Mutual Confidential Disclosure Agreement dated July 14, 2017 by and between the Parties.

  • Termination of this Agreement shall not affect the status of all prior agreements between Omeros and Scottish Biomedical or any continuing obligations thereunder, including the Mutual CDA and the prior agreements dated 25th February 2005 (as amended by Exhibit I hereto) and 8th August 2005.

  • This Agreement supersedes the Mutual CDA, provided that all “Information” disclosed or received by the Parties thereunder shall be deemed “Confidential Information” hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
