Music Profile definition
Music Profile means a group of similar tracks reproducing music (each a “Track”) profiled to match specific criteria (e.g. to match the environment of the Locations and/or the Client’s demographics etc).
Music Profile means the music channel specification as selected by the Jaguar Lang Rover, including Music Tracks.

The Subscriber also acknowledges that MOOD is allowed to amend its Music Service (such as the Music Profile) in order to comply with any order from Music Tracks’ rights owner.
Thereafter excluding the updating and refreshing content in line with this Music Profile, any additional sourcing of Tracks to generate a unique, new and non previously used Music Profile for the Client will be subject to an administration fee of £150 + VAT per 75 Tracks profiled.
