Municipality MOA definition
Municipality MOA means the Memorandum of Agreement between a Municipal LGU and a Provincial LGU Beneficiary, acceptable to the Bank, which MOA is referred to in paragraph 7(d)(vii) of Schedule 5 to this Agreement; and “Municipality MOAs” means, collectively, the plural thereof.
