Municipal Water Supply definition

Municipal Water Supply means all pipes, mains and structures owned and/or maintained by the City, for the conveyance of drinking water to the public for human consumption or any connection to the municipal water supply system.
Municipal Water Supply means a water supply system that serves an average of at least twenty—five (25) individuals daily or year-round, or that has at least fifteen (15) service connections, and that is owned and operated by a municipal or regional government.
Municipal Water Supply means the water supplied from a Municipal Water System.
