Municipal uses definition
Municipal uses means all reasonable water uses within the Reservation necessary in carrying out the functions of municipal government.
Municipal uses means those uses and facilities in support of local government functions and services. For the purposes of this chapter, recreational uses and utility facilities are excluded.

Municipal uses such as Town Meeting, Regularly Scheduled Board/Committee Meetings, Emergency Management Operations will take precedence over all such requests or reservations.
Accordingly, the Licensor reserves the full and complete right, at all times, to restrict the construction and use of the said lands due to the location of the lands, the registration of the lands as unopened and untravelled roadways, and the possibility of further necessary use of the lands for Municipal uses and services.
