Municipal Specifications definition

Municipal Specifications means the engineering and design standards as indicated by the Municipality.
Municipal Specifications means the standards and specifications, as may be amended from time to time, established and documented by the Municipality, which may include the degree and nature of traffic control, excavation, backfill, compaction, subsurface structure, surface restoration and landscaping required;
Municipal Specifications means the Design Guidelines and Standard Drawings prepared by the Municipality in 2004 (revised in 2010).

Municipal Specifications means the detailed description of construction, materials and workmanship of works to be carried out by the Owner as prescribed by the Municipality in accordance with the "Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications", "Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings" and any revisions adopted by the Council and in effect on the date of this agreement, or such other additional requirements which may be specified by the Municipality;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.
