Municipal Project definition

Municipal Project means a project undertaken by the Municipality for improvements on eligible locally and/or State-maintained roadways, structures, transportation facilities (as defined by 23 U.S.C. § 101(a)(35), as revised), or any combination of the foregoing, which generally includes three phases of activities: the design phase, rights-of-way phase, and construction phase.
Municipal Project means any installation, relocation, extension or removal of Municipal Facilities, including any infrastructure or Highway widening or construction project, undertaken and financed by the Municipality for a municipal purpose and community benefit; but excludes any installation, relocation, extension or removal of Municipal Facilities where the Municipality is a co-partner or project delivery agent as part of a joint venture or joint development project with any level of government, a provincial or federal crown corporation, a railway or South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority;

  • Municipal Project Access Upon reasonable advance request, the Municipality shall ensure that the District or any authorized representative, will have safe and suitable access to the site of any Project implemented by the Municipality in whole or in part with SCW Program Payments at all reasonable times.

  • As used in this Second Amendment, a Municipal Project (including, as applicable, the designated phase of an MCP) is "funded" when the County Commission approves the allocation of funding for the Municipal Project (or the designated phase of the MCP as applicable) included in the County's then-current Fiscal Year budget.

  • Subject to Section V.B.1 and notwithstanding anything else stated in this Second Amendment, the Parties acknowledge and stipulate that the County has no obligation to fund Municipal Projects (inclusive of Community Shuttle Service, MCPs, MR&MPs, and Municipal Project Contingency) in any Fiscal Year in excess of the MAG.

  • Transportation Surtax Proceeds shall not be utilized to fund any Municipal Project unless the County, through the Transportation Surtax General Counsel, after consultation with counsel for the Municipality and after considering the recommendation of the Oversight Board, confirms the project is legally eligible for funding with Transportation Surtax Proceeds.
