Municipal Development definition

Municipal Development means, collectively, the Ashwaubenon Development and the Green Bay Development.
Municipal Development means collectively, any and all real property improvements to be constructed or installed by the Authorities in cooperation with the parties to this Cooperation Agreement and in accordance with the Redevelopment Plans. The Municipal Development is intended to redevelop certain property within the Redevelopment Districts of the City of Green Bay and Village of Ashwaubenon through the construction of facilities intended to promote and develop tourism activities within Brown County. The Municipal Development facilities are intended to serve and provide the full range of space, facilities and opportunities necessary to serve all segments of the tourism industry including, but not limited to, conventions, conferences, exhibits, trade shows, consumer shows, concerts, sporting events and exhibitions. It is found by the parties to this Cooperation Agreement that the expansion, development and promotion of such tourism activities will generate new spending within Brown County, expand Room Tax Revenues, expand the tax base through the development of new industry intended to serve the tourism activities, provide new jobs within such private industry, and stimulate additional redevelopment within the Redevelopment Districts. The Municipal Development includes, without limitation, the following:

Examples of Municipal Development in a sentence

  • A newly proposed Municipal Development Plan or an amendment to a Municipal Development Plan shall be referred to the other municipality for comment prior to a public hearing.

  • These Plans and specifications shall be consistent with the overall Municipal Improvements Plans and in strict conformance with the Municipal Development Standards unless approved otherwise in advance in writing by the Engineer.

  • The Development Charges Exemption/Deferrals and Planning and Building Permit/Application Fee Exemption will be provided as a one‐time grant to the registered owner(s) of the property and represents an amount equivalent to the local Municipal Development Charges and County Development Charges, Building Permit, or Planning Application Fees of the Municipality and the County.

  • In the event that the construction and installation of the Municipal Improvements is not completed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, the Municipal Development Standards in effect at the time of execution of any further or future Development Agreement shall be applied.

  • The Project Implementing Entity’s Representative is the Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund.

  • The Municipal Development Fund (“MDF”), the entity currently serving as the project implementation unit for the World Bank’s Municipal Development and Decentralization Project II (“MDDPII”), will implement the Regional Infrastructure Development Activity.

  • The MRA and the Department of Municipal Development (“DMD”) shall have the right to review and approve the Preliminary Design Plans and construction plan sets in accordance with Section 2.2.F below, concerning any improvements within or attached to the Parking Structure (“Parking Structure Improvements”).

  • At the option of each Municipality, a School Board representative may be appointed to the Municipal Development Review Committees.


More Definitions of Municipal Development

Municipal Development means the development undertakings of the Municipality described in the Cooperation Agreement.
