• For each £4,480 payable under Table 3 for Unlimited Transactions in respect of External Transaction Solutions, £4,000 relates to PAF® and £480 relates to Multiple Residence.

• Licensees of both Multiple Residence and PAF® data should elect to calculate Licence Fees for Multiple Residence on the same basis as elected under the licence agreement between Licensee and Royal Mail for PAF® data.

• The Solutions Provider acknowledges that it will be responsible for ascertaining whether or not an End-User is a Multiple Residence Corporate Licensee.
